About Us
Adelfia translated into English means brothers, and here you will find two brothers dream of opening a restaurant to give the people of England a taste of their fathers authentic Greek cooking which they grew up eating, and fell in love with.
The journey started back when Yiannis and Andreas were only 14 and 15 years old, working front of house and in the kitchen of their fathers restaurant, learning all about traditional Greek cooking, wines and culture. In 2016 with the help of all the family and their amazing team, the dream came alive and they graciously invite you to come and try a true Greek experience at their family-run restaurant in Brighton.

Adelfia is building a reputation for providing exceptional Greek food. Our specials menu is changed regularly to reflect the seasons, and all of the ingredients are either from Greece or locally sourced where possible. We believe that truly authentic Greek food can only be made from the heart.
